Position Title: Sales Manager

This role is critical for overseeing the sales operations within a dynamic and growing organization. The Sales Manager will lead a team focused on energy efficiency programs, ensuring that sales representatives effectively engage with potential customers. The position involves managing a team of door-to-door sales personnel, fostering a positive and motivating environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience in sales management, particularly in the utility sector. This position also demands a proactive approach to team development and performance enhancement. A successful candidate will contribute to the organization's growth and expansion efforts in a rapidly evolving market.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $115,000 / Year DOE

Sales Manager Responsibilities:
