Sales Manager - Lead Growth & Build a Winning Team
Santa Rosa, CA

Auto-Chlor System is looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead our Santa Rosa market If you thrive in a competitive environment, enjoy developing high-performing sales teams, and are motivated by achieving aggressive growth goals, this is your opportunity to make a major impact.

Pay Range

$90,000 - $100,000 or more per year of total compensation.

What You'll Do

As Sales Manager, you'll lead and develop a team of sales and service professionals while driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships across the Santa Rosa market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a sales-driven team to achieve and exceed performance goals
  • Drive double-digit revenue growth through strategic sales execution and market expansion
  • Deliver our promise of High-Quality Service (HQS) by building strong partnerships with customers
  • Monitor sales performance, key metrics, and market opportunities to maximize results
  • Partner with operations and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
