Pay Range$90,000 - $100,000 or more per year of total compensation.
What You'll DoAs Sales Manager, you'll lead and develop a team of sales and service professionals while driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships across the Santa Rosa market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a sales-driven team to achieve and exceed performance goals
- Drive double-digit revenue growth through strategic sales execution and market expansion
- Deliver our promise of High-Quality Service (HQS) by building strong partnerships with customers
- Monitor sales performance, key metrics, and market opportunities to maximize results
- Partner with operations and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accountability for sales results, growth initiatives, and key performance indicators
- Lead by example with integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a motivated leader who combines strong sales instincts with the ability to inspire and develop others.
Qualifications include:
- Leadership experience in B2B or outside sales environments (service or distribution industry preferred)
- Proven success achieving year-over-year sales growth
- Experience managing sales performance and driving aggressive growth targets
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Valid driver's license (role includes travel within the territory)
- Successful completion of pre-employment screening
