Full Job Description
Kia of Leesburg, a proud member of the Morgan Auto Group, is looking for an experienced, driven Sales Manager to join our leadership team. Located in one of the strongest Kia markets in Central Florida, Kia of Leesburg continues to experience significant growth in sales, market share, and customer retention. Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Work directly with customers to build trust and create exceptional buying experiences.
• Desk deals and structure transactions to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Take manager T.O.'s and assist in closing deals.
• Train, mentor, and develop sales consultants through daily coaching and accountability.
• Monitor sales performance, CRM activity, and appointment processes.
• Complete trade appraisals and manage inventory acquisitions.
• Purchase vehicles through auctions, off-lease opportunities, wholesalers, and dealer trades.
• Partner with Finance, Service, and other departments to maximize dealership performance.
• Help drive department goals in volume, gross profit, CSI, and employee development.

Qualifications
• 2-3+ years of automotive dealership leadership experience required.
• Previous Sales Manager experience preferred.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales and profitability goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Excellent phone and customer relationship skills.
• Experience desking deals and completing trade appraisals.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and dealership operations.
• High-energy, positive attitude with a hands-on leadership approach.
• Commitment to integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
