Full Job Description

Our Internet Sales Manager will spend a large part of the workday on the telephone and computer. The ideal candidate will be a people-person, energetic, and professional. They will respond to internet and telephone inquiries and make outbound phone calls. Handling customers from start to finish.

Our ideal candidate will:

Record all customers leads notations and comments by using the CRM software

Required to manage and Champion the Website to drive increase lead conversions

Be fully knowledgeable of vehicle inventories, pricing, incentive programs and financing options

Understand local competitors; be prepared to compete with them. Be punctual for all work schedules and meetings

Bilingual is a Plus!

Deliver exceptional customer service

Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of all products

Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat

Must be comfortable with computers programs and smart devices

Maintain internet business processes

Must be able to help onboard new hirers and train on a weekly basis

BDC Management experience to manage a large BDC team

Train and Educate staff on processes, word tracks and systems in place

$120k + earning potential

Qualifications include:

At least 2 years of Automotive Internet Sales Management and BDC Management

Desking experience / Closing experience

Strong computer skills, eLead CRM experience preferred

Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written

Great attitude with high-energy personality
