Position Requirements

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Category Management, Retail, eCommerce, or Consumer Products.
  • Experience supporting major retail customers, eCommerce accounts, or omni-channel businesses is an asset.
  • Experience with Amazon, Walmart, Costco, Target, or other national retailers is welcomed.
  • Exposure to Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, retailer portals, syndicated data, or business analytics is considered an asset, but not required.
  • Equivalent experience demonstrating strong commercial, analytical, and relationship management skills will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Business Management
  • Support the day-to-day management of the Amazon business while progressively taking ownership of key initiatives and account responsibilities.
  • Contribute to annual account planning, forecasting, promotional strategies, and business reviews.
  • Build strong working relationships with retailer contacts and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Identify opportunities to grow sales, improve execution, and expand the business.

Forecasting, Planning & Business Analytics
  • Support weekly and monthly sales forecasting in partnership with Demand Planning.
  • Analyze sales trends, inventory performance, promotional results, and business metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare reporting, presentations, and recommendations that support business reviews and decision-making.
  • Assist with annual planning, budgeting, and initiatives that improve forecast accuracy and business performance.

Product Launches & Promotional Execution
  • Coordinate new product launches by partnering with Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Demand Planning.
  • Support execution of key promotional events and seasonal programs.
  • Help ensure products are launched accurately, on time, and supported by strong execution across internal teams.

eCommerce & Digital Excellence
  • Learn and develop expertise in Amazon retail operations, digital merchandising, promotional planning, and online execution.
  • Partner with Marketing and eCommerce teams to improve product content, search visibility, and the overall customer experience.
  • Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion, and sales.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and eCommerce teams to execute business plans.
  • Communicate business updates, retailer priorities, and project status across the organization.
  • Support retailer meetings, annual planning sessions, and other strategic initiatives.

Operational Excellence
  • Help monitor inventory performance, product availability, and operational metrics that support retailer success.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve issues, improve execution, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy, organization, and follow-through across all account activities.
