DescriptionYou close for a living, and you'd bristle at being called a salesperson. You don't sell like a closer; the client never felt the close happen. By the end of the conversation, they just knew they wanted you in their house. That's the person this seat is built for.
Right now the month's revenue rides on the owner closing $35,000 to $100,000 bathrooms on the first call. We're hiring the person who takes that over - and then pulls a team up to the same close rate.
Who Belongs Here- Run the System. You'll want to rewrite the sales process in week one. Don't. Twenty-five years and 5,000 bathrooms built the play. Run it to perfection, hit the number with it, and you earn the right to change it - the same way everybody here earns it.
- Don't Wait To Be Told. When leads went slow, nobody here called a meeting about it - one person rebuilt the marketing and another built accountability into the CRM, unassigned. You reach the five past customers a week because it needs doing, not because someone put it on your list.
- Bring The Solution. Naming the problem is the easy half. A rep's close rate is dropping - you show up to the conversation with what you'd do about it, not just the chart.
- The Experience Is The Product. The client remembers how the sale felt long after they forget the quote. You sell the way our crews build - so the first call sets up a week they'll tell their friends about six months later.
- Respect The Bottom Line. A sale that loses money doesn't keep anyone employed. You protect the margin on every ticket, and you get it signed. That's everyone's job here, not just the owner's.
