Sales Process OptimizationEvaluate and refine sales processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and conversion rates.
Market IntelligenceMonitor industry trends and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with marketing, operations, product, and finance teams to align sales initiatives with company-wide objectives.
Performance Metrics & AccountabilityEstablish and monitor KPIs to track progress, ensure accountability, and drive continuous improvement.
Budget OversightManage sales budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI and operational effectiveness.
Executive RepresentationRepresent the sales organization at high-level meetings, conferences, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and influence.

This job operates in a professional office environment.
