Full Job Description
The role
We are looking for a technically strong, commercially driven Consulting Sales Lead to drive growth across our AI-led modernization offerings.
This role sits at the intersection of:
  • Consulting
  • Solutioning
  • Sales execution

This is a practitioner-led sales role, not a traditional account management role.
You will

Work closely with clients to:
  • Identify high-value problems
  • Shape solution approaches
  • Position structured offerings
  • Convert opportunities into revenue
Consultative Problem Identification
  • Engage clients (CIO, CTO, Data, Product leaders)
  • Identify modernization and AI opportunities
  • Translate business problems into structured solution areas
Offering-Led Selling
  • Sell pre-defined offerings (from CVJ POD)
  • Position value propositions clearly
  • Drive Assessment ->MVP -> Scale journeys
Solution Shaping & Deal Structuring
  • Work with:
    • Solution Architects to Shape solution approach
    • Practice Leads to Define scope
    • Delivery to Align pricing & value
Pipeline & Opportunity Management
  • Build and manage qualified pipeline
  • Drive deal progression
  • Own conversion to revenue
Client Relationship (Consultative, Not Administrative)
  • Act as a trusted advisor
  • Build credibility through insight
  • Lead strategic conversations
  • Provide market feedback to help build and validate internal offerings
  • Identify:
    • Gaps in offerings
    • New opportunities
    • Competitive positioning
Partner-Driven Selling
  • Work with partners:
    • Microsoft
