The role We are looking for a
technically strong, commercially driven Consulting Sales Lead to drive growth across our AI-led modernization offerings.
This role sits at the intersection of:
- Consulting
- Solutioning
- Sales execution
This is a
practitioner-led sales role, not a traditional account management role.
You will Work closely with clients to:
- Identify high-value problems
- Shape solution approaches
- Position structured offerings
- Convert opportunities into revenue
Consultative Problem Identification
- Engage clients (CIO, CTO, Data, Product leaders)
- Identify modernization and AI opportunities
- Translate business problems into structured solution areas
Offering-Led Selling
- Sell pre-defined offerings (from CVJ POD)
- Position value propositions clearly
- Drive Assessment ->MVP -> Scale journeys
Solution Shaping & Deal Structuring
- Work with:
- Solution Architects to Shape solution approach
- Practice Leads to Define scope
- Delivery to Align pricing & value
Pipeline & Opportunity Management
- Build and manage qualified pipeline
- Drive deal progression
- Own conversion to revenue
Client Relationship (Consultative, Not Administrative)
- Act as a trusted advisor
- Build credibility through insight
- Lead strategic conversations
- Provide market feedback to help build and validate internal offerings
- Identify:
- Gaps in offerings
- New opportunities
- Competitive positioning
Partner-Driven Selling
- Work with partners:
- Drive co-sell opportunities
Who you are - 6-10 years in:
- Technology consulting
- Product roles
- Solution engineering + sales
- Strong product or engineering background
- Experience in enterprise platforms / AI / cloud
- Exposure to services / consulting selling
- Ability to:
- Understand technical architectures
- Translate into business value
- Communicate with executives
- Strong commercial mindset
- Structured thinking
- Curious and problem-solving oriented
- High ownership mindset
- Confident communicator
- Comfortable operating without rigid structure
