This position will be selling and learning our next generation platform, Financial Crimes Defender! This will be selling some of the most cutting-edge Financial Crimes software in the industry!
The right candidate will be speaking to current and prospective clients and nurturing those relationships to help them with their Financial Crimes needs. It is fast paced but very detailed and rewarding work knowing you are helping institutions put bad people behind bars. If that sounds like you then this might be the right job for you!
This position may be worked remotely within the United States, with the exception of California.
All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.
What you'll be responsible for:
• Responsible for selling specific products and/or services to existing JHA client base.
• Initiates contact via prospecting and cold calling within existing JHA customer base to sell products and/or services.
• Works as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified accounts within a territory.
• Demonstrates specialized product knowledge for a specific solution, thorough understanding of market trends, and competitive intelligence.
• Utilizes JHA resources and tools to prepare and present proposals to clients.
• Meets annual sales goals and objectives.
• Responsible for accurate sales forecasting.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you'll need to have:
• Minimum of 2 years of previous experience with enterprise level sales or minimum of 5 years financial crimes management or higher.
• Average of 40% travel is required.
What would be nice for you to have:
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with Fraud, AML or the Banking Secrecy Act.
• Good understanding of JH products and services.
• General knowledge of technology including systems, applications and banking practices.
• Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid decision-making, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels in the company and clients.
