This Product Manager Advisor balances tactical sprint execution with hands-on product discovery and commercialization. This role is key to expanding internal and external beta programs for our AI Gateway and upcoming AI platform products. Working closely with engineering, architecture and other teams, they translate high-level product strategy into prioritized backlogs, test technical feasibility, and operationalize AI capabilities for real-world business use.
• Beta & Launch Execution: Lead internal and external client beta programs for the AI Gateway and platform products; establish feedback loops to refine workflows, resolve adoption friction, and validate usability.
• Backlog & Sprint Ownership: Own, prioritize, and sequence the product backlog. Help write clear user stories and acceptance criteria granular enough for sprint execution, defining the team's "definition of done."
• Feasibility & Technical Discovery: Partner directly with Architecture and Engineering to test feature feasibility, evaluate compute trade-offs, and translate technical capabilities into actionable requirements.
• GTM & Stakeholder Support: Assist product leadership with GTM readiness by providing clear feature documentation, tracking beta metrics, and coordinating with onboarding and support teams.
This position is a hybrid role requiring at least 1 day per week in any of the following office locations: Allen, TX, Birmingham, AL, Cedar Falls, IA, Charlotte, NC, Lenexa, KS, Monett, MO, Springfield, MO

What you'll be responsible for:
• Researches market trends and needs; articulates findings in the form of product requirements.
• Plays proactive role in product planning and design to ensure the product is differentiated from competitors in the marketplace. Involved throughout the entire lifecycle of the product, working closely with development teams from product initiation to delivery to eventual product retirement.
• Develops specific marketing plans and activities for specific products or product lines to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena.
• Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace.
• Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs.
• Establishes pricing strategies.
• May assist in support of specific product or product family.
• May assist less experienced peers.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need to have:
• Must have 10 years of experience in building software or platform products.
• H ands-on experience running client betas, user testing, or early-adopter programs.
• Translates high-level product strategy into prioritized backlogs, clear user stories, and actionable product releases.
• Pivots quickly based on real-time feedback, shifting AI capabilities, and evolving governance standards while maintaining sprint velocity.
• Leverages user interaction data and model accuracy metrics to validate product performance and measure commercial value.
• Experience working in highly regulatory environments.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% to attend internal or external business meetings, training and/or professional conferences.
