Primary Responsibilities and AttitudeAs the
Sales EVP, you are someone who loves to build, takes initiative, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You possess the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships, both internally and externally, but you aren't afraid to get your hands dirty in the technical aspects of the business.
You will own a territory and be responsible for revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing clients and partner relationships.
Growth: - Own your territory by clearly defining significant opportunities and executing your strategy to drive business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking, and other lead generation activities, specifically with law firms.
- Client outreach and direct sales activity
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Build and maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain accurate forecasts for your territory, using data analysis to identify opportunities to improve your sales process and recommend changes to the broader organization.
- Collaborate in creating short-and long-term strategic plans
Skills and Experience - 8-10 years' experience, preferably focused in capital markets, law firm, or consulting
- Strong sales experience with proven success
- Robust law firm network
- Strong analytical and organization skills
- Experience executing a go to market strategy, including running a CRM.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
- Advanced communication skills (written and oral)
- Advanced proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
