Position Title: Sales Engineer
Salary: $70,000- $105,000/ Year DOE
Responsibilities: - Develop new business opportunities with manufacturers and suppliers across assigned North American territories
- Consult with customers to understand production requirements and recommend the right injection molding machinery and solutions
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, proposals, quotes, and RFQ responses
- Build and maintain relationships with engineers, procurement teams, executives, and other key customer stakeholders
- Manage the sales pipeline and customer opportunities through CRM while supporting pricing discussions and contract negotiations
- Attend trade shows and industry events while gathering market, competitor, and customer intelligence
- Collaborate with engineering and service teams to resolve customer challenges and optimize production, energy efficiency, and equipment selection
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of direct injection molding machine sales experience required
- Current or recent experience within the injection molding machinery industry, with candidates who have been out of the industry for 3+ years not being considered
- Proven ability to generate new business, develop relationships, and manage complex technical sales cycles
- Strong understanding of plastics manufacturing and injection molding processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the U.S., potentially up to 80-90% depending on business needs
