Sales Enablement Program Manager
Description -Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Enablement Program Manager to drive measurable impact across HP's software and services business. This role goes beyond traditional enablement. You will operate with a business ownership mindset, ensuring that enablement programs support pipeline growth, increase attach, and improve sales execution. You will partner closely with sales leaders, account teams, and specialists in a matrixed environment, embedding yourself within these teams to understand where skills gaps exist, and what sellers need to win.

Key Responsibilities
Seller Readiness & Capability Building
- Build and execute enablement programs that develop repeatable seller capability, not just product knowledge
- Equip sellers with the right messaging, tools, and assets
- Enable sellers to:
- Identify customer signals
- Lead outcome-based discovery conversations
- Position HP Solutions with business value
- Incorporate practice-based learning to drive sales behavior
- Align enablement to different roles within the organization and selling motions
- Partner with sales leadership to prioritize highest-impact enablement efforts within a matrixed sales organization
Content & Tools
- Develop and manage enablement content aligned to sales best practices, including but not limited to:
- Discovery, qualification guides, playbooks
- Competitive positioning & objection handling
- Value-based messaging and ROI tools
- Continuously refine content based on field feedback and usage insights
Voice of Field & Market Intelligence
- Capture and synthesize feedback from sellers, customers, and market stakeholders:
- Where messaging is breaking down
- Where competitors are winning
- Where sellers lack confidence
- Translate insights into:
- Enablement improvements
- Content updates
- Feedback loops with Product & Marketing
- Act as the bridge between the field and our business units
Program Execution & Measurement
- Define success metrics, track and report on enablement effectiveness, linking programs to business outcomes
- Continuously refine programs based on data, feedback, and evolving GTM priorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in training and development, within a sales or sales enablement context.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills that engages and influences seller behavior and performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms, content management systems, and other training technologies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative and impactful solutions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and measure enablement effectiveness.

The base pay range for this role is $130 350 up to $189 000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
