About the Job

We're looking for a Sales Enablement Onboarding Manager to make sure every new Sales and Customer Success hire in the US and UK hits the ground running.

You'll own the onboarding experience end-to-end, designing the program, setting the standard and acting as our sales trainer, equipping new hires with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills they need to succeed faster. You'll shape how onboarding evolves as we scale, ensuring our people are ready to make an impact from day one.

This is an individual contributor role for someone who loves building, coaching, and improving how people learn. Success looks like one thing: faster ramp, stronger confidence, and better results.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding Program Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for Sales and Customer Success hires across the US and UK.
  • Design and evolve onboarding programs that build confidence, capability, and readiness.
  • Coordinate cohorts, training sessions, systems access, and key stakeholders to deliver a seamless experience.

Facilitation and Delivery

  • Deliver engaging onboarding sessions across product, processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Facilitate practical learning through demos, role plays, coaching, and real-time feedback.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to bring deeper expertise into the program.

Ramp and Readiness

  • Own ramp outcomes, ensuring new hires reach productivity quickly and confidently.
  • Define readiness standards, track progress, and support certification and manager handover.
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance and accelerate time to impact.

Measurement and Continuous Improvement

  • Use ramp data, feedback, and insights to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
  • Partner with Enablement, Rev Ops, and Product teams to keep content and programs current.


What we're looking for
• You're a project management pro who can juggle multiple cohorts without dropping the ball.
• You're a confident facilitator who can keep a room engaged (virtual or otherwise).
• You know how to coach, give feedback, and help people level up.
• You understand the Sales and CS world, processes, systems
• You're comfortable using data to tell the ramp story and make smarter decisions.
• You're familiar with tools like Seismic, LMS platforms, Salesforce, Gong, and Confluence (or excited to learn them).

Compensation

Base Salary: $100k-$120k USD per year
