Title: Sales Enablement Manager - Strategic Accounts Group - 124675
Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position

Your Responsibilities

As the Sales Enablement Manager within the Strategic Account Group (SAG) Organization, you will:
• Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned Construction & Forestry production systems, including quarry and aggregate, site development, waste management, and pipeline operations.
• Provide consultative support across Strategic Account Group (SAG) customers, helping improve productivity, equipment utilization, and operational performance.
• Lead sales enablement efforts by conducting application reviews, identifying optimization opportunities, and demonstrating the value of John Deere solutions.
• Deliver customer training and machine demonstrations
• Partner with training, sales, and support teams to coordinate customer readiness activities, training programs, and demonstration fleet utilization.
• Drive process improvements by collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance the customer experience.

What Skills You Need
• Experience in construction, quarry & aggregate, site development, pipeline, waste management, or related heavy equipment applications.
• Ability to operate a broad range of construction equipment and demonstrate machine capabilities in customer-facing environments
• Proficiency with Precision Construction technology, including grade control systems, machine guidance, connected machine solutions, and digital workflows
• Excellent communication, relationship management, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and collaborate effectively across dealer, customer, and internal team
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience working in multiple production systems (quarry & aggregate, site development, pipeline, and waste management)
  • Experience working with large contractor as a machine operator or site superintendent
  • Experience implementing or supporting Precision Construction solutions on a jobsite, including advanced grade control, site positioning, and machine automation technologies


Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Marketing, Business, or related area of study or equivalent experience
