  • Partner with sales leadership to identify field knowledge gaps and develop practical enablement solutions

Sales Content and Communications

  • Maintain sales content libraries, version control, and accessibility standards for field-facing resources
  • Coordinate sales communications related to product updates, process changes, launch activities, and approved messaging
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to keep sales materials current, accurate, and usable
  • Translate complex product, process, and compliance information into clear seller-facing documentation

Compliance Guardrails and Sales Governance

  • Support development and maintenance of approved sales practices, messaging standards, escalation paths, and compliance guardrails
  • Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure field materials align with policy and regulatory expectations
  • Help sellers understand what they can and cannot do across banking, lending, payment, and treasury-related products
  • Support audit readiness by maintaining current materials, training records, and approved guidance

Provider Feedback and Internal Enablement Support

  • Capture and organize seller feedback, provider insights, objections, and recurring field issues
  • Develop Voice of Provider and Provider Advisory Board activities through logistics, materials, notes, and follow-up tracking
  • Coordinate enablement resources for internal Optum and UHC provider-facing teams to support referrals and cross-sell awareness
  • Share field insights with Product, Marketing, Sales Operations, and leadership to improve execution and future planning

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

  • Experience working with sales teams, product teams, marketing teams, compliance partners, and operational stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex products, processes, and compliance requirements into practical field guidance
  • Must be willing and able to travel appropriately 10% of the time as business needs dictate

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare, financial services, banking, lending, payments, fintech, or revenue cycle experience
  • Experience supporting provider-facing commercial teams or regulated products
  • Experience coordinating training, certification, or launch readiness for distributed sales teams
