Job DescriptionAs Sales Enablement Manager for the Siding & Accessories business unit, you will partner across the commercial organization to implement the training, content, tools, and support needed to improve sales readiness and execution.
Responsibilities:- Help maintain, coordinate, and facilitate a structured sales learning curriculum across sales process, CRM, products, channels, analytics, Microsoft 365, AI, and other priority capabilities
- Own field-sales readiness and coordinate ongoing sales development in partnership with sales leaders and subject-matter owners
- Equip sales managers with coaching tools and reinforcement resources that sustain new skills, processes, and behaviors through existing sales cadences
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Pricing, and other commercial teams to align, organize, and translate their content into consistent, field-ready playbooks, guides, presentations, templates, training materials, and sales tools
- Partner with CRM Team to support CRM adoption, improve data quality and process consistency, and provide practical field guidance and clear examples of effective CRM execution
- Lead implementation and adoption plans for new sales tools, processes, programs, and commercial initiatives
- Maintain and improve enablement processes, tools, and documentation to support consistent, efficient field execution
- Support the account planning process by preparing materials, tracking progress, and identifying insights for sales teams
- Measure enablement effectiveness through readiness, adoption, process execution, content utilization, manager reinforcement, and relevant business outcomes
- Use performance data, manager input, and field feedback to identify capability gaps and recommend enablement improvements and execution priorities
Qualifications- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering onboarding, curriculum, or ongoing sales development programs
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex business information into practical learning and field-ready resources
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- Experience with Excel and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
EDUCATION / ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Sales Operations, Sales Management, Learning & Development, or a related commercial function
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered
- Experience supporting sales organizations or working with B2B environments preferred
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and learning platforms is a plus
- Work-related travel as required; ability to travel up to 25%
Additional InformationThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000 - $135,000 + bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
