Position Overview

As a Sales Enablement Activation Specialist within PNC's Asset Management Group organization, you will be based in Cincinnati, OH.

In this role you will:
• Execute Sales Enablement programs and campaigns by supporting PNC Private Bank and enterprise initiatives (e.g. High End Gift, Business Owner Solutions, PNC Way Referrals, and Secondary Client campaigns)
• Help coordinate local and national sales events, forums and webinars to drive effective advisor activation and follow-up activity
• Translate market intelligence into action by organizing leads, prioritizing opportunities, and delivering content and messaging to help markets win new business
• Enable and support the sales force by communicating strategy, educating advisors on new initiatives and driving consistent execution across markets
• Serve as an expert and ambassador for sales technology and data, supporting advisor adoption consistency with tools such as EDGE, Microsoft Copilot, Pitchbook, ZoomInfo and the Advisor Portal

Job Description
  • Provides execution guidance, training and coaching to sales force and product support personnel in one or more channels. Monitors and communicates factors impacting achievement of business objectives, providing transparency and consultation to management. Delivers advice and guidance to influence outcomes and enable achievement of business goals.
  • Through observation and coaching, supports the development of tactics and resources to drive the successful execution of strategic priorities. Implements initiatives to grow revenue including acquisition, growth, retention, and cross-channel experiences. Consults and makes decisions with key stakeholders to improve sales and customer experience outcomes.
  • Resolves more complex product and service related inquiries and issues and may participate in sales force goal setting and other related initiatives to support successful execution of business priorities
  • Collaborates with management to support the delivery of a systematic approach to facilitate change management within the business from the perspective of the organization and on an individual level.
  • Serves as subject matter resource and advocate representing the needs of the business segment, specialty segment or channel. May be called upon to provide subject matter expertise to operations, other support areas, or centers of expertise.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
