Full Job Description
Overview: The Sales Director's primary responsibility is to drive revenue by proactively selling One Inc's Digital Payment Platform to Insurance carriers. This role encompasses building and managing a robust pipeline through strategic outreach-leveraging marketing programs, email campaigns, cold calling-and fostering long-term executive and senior level relationships to ensure sustained success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with "C-level" executives to close large complex enterprise software and SaaS deals
  • Responsible for managing and growing territory, maximizing short term revenue, building future sales pipeline through demonstrated account and territory planning
  • Provide account leadership and direction in the pre and post-sales process
  • Organize and participate in sales presentations with business and technical teams
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect contacts and activities in CRM system following procedures defined
  • Maintain a solid knowledge base of Company's products and services
  • Understand competitive market and Company's selling strategies
  • Responsible for meeting assigned revenue quota

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline (e.g. MIS, CIS) or related technical degree, equivalent experience
  • 5+ years enterprise software sales experience, knowledge of the Insurance industry preferred
  • Must have established relationships and/or ability to analyze market trends and network accordingly to generate new interest in target territory for product offerings
  • Record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
