ROLE OVERVIEWReporting to the General Manager of Media & Advertising, you will lead and cultivate business development and sales across multiple teams within agency accounts and consistently find opportunities to help them increase revenue, market advantage and customer loyalty. Leveraging HealthVerity's vast network of healthcare and consumer data suppliers, as well as partnerships and linkages with media entities, you will strengthen agency capabilities throughout the customer life cycle from research to support new business pitches all the way through to commercial engagements. Through your mastery of data, identity, digital media, marketing analytics, and multi-channel patient engagement, you'll become a trusted advisor and bring business value and thought leadership to HealthVerity's agency partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Position yourself as a media, advertising, and healthcare data subject matter expert, driving new business and account management between HealthVerity and our key agency and media accounts
- Expand HealthVerity's presence through prospecting and relationship building, identifying opportunities to drive new revenue for our Audiences targeting and Media Measurement business line
- Confidently and credibly present our Audiences targeting and media measurement product presentations, demonstrations, lunch & learns, conference calls, technical discussions/due diligence, executive discussions, web seminars and related activities
- Prepare, present and coordinate product proposals, RFIs, RFPs and related sales activities
- Coordinate all sales efforts with sales support and delivery on account status, follow up activities, audience activation, inbound leads, product literature, win-loss and related sales support tasks
- Support strategy development and direction of overall business line through customer feedback, market awareness, and competitive insights
QUALIFICATIONSRequired- 5+ years of experience and a proven track record in healthcare adtech or agency sales
- Experience marketing and selling complex solutions leveraging real-world healthcare data, advertising analytics, or adtech technology to digital agencies and life sciences media customers
- Demonstrating success in developing and growing strong agency or life sciences & healthcare media relationships
- Leading contract negotiations and closing new and renewing B2B opportunities with large enterprise customers and their respective teams
- Succeed as a creative prospector, comfortable with networking and cold calling, walking the halls of agency accounts and developing deep relationships with key stakeholders
- Up to 30% travel required for this role
Preferred- Understand the challenges in pharmaceutical marketing and can contribute innovative ideas to agency accounts on how best to utilize identity resolution, data, and technology to optimize marketing strategy

Base salary for the role is commensurate with experience and can range between $125,000 - 160,000 + incentive compensation plan
Hiring LocationsOur main office is located in Center City, Philadelphia, where we operate on a hybrid model with in-office work required three days a week for local employees. We believe collaboration is most effective when teams come together, which is why we prioritize hiring in the Philadelphia area.
For certain roles, we also hire from
hub locations-regions where we have an established presence with multiple team members working remotely. While these employees primarily work from home, we bring them together in person at least once a year for team-building, collaboration, and strategic planning.
