Lawyer.com is looking for an energetic and outgoing sales professional to lead our growing direct sales team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience of managing successful sales team
- Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and other key performance metrics
- Excellent communication and people skills
- The ability to establish relationships with customers
- Organized & Efficient
- Be confident dealing with customers in person, on the phone or via email.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing disciplines
Requirements- Manage Team and hit monthly and annual growth goals
- Develops new accounts and lines of business to achieve sales targets.
- Manages critical customer relationships with Book of Business clients.
- Coordinates and collaborates cross-departmentally, including Sales, Consumer Service, Market, and Product.
- Directs problem solves activities to resolve customer related issues.
