Lawyer.com is looking for an energetic and outgoing sales professional to lead our growing direct sales team.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience of managing successful sales team
  • Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and other key performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • The ability to establish relationships with customers
  • Organized & Efficient
  • Be confident dealing with customers in person, on the phone or via email.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing disciplines

Requirements
  • Manage Team and hit monthly and annual growth goals
  • Develops new accounts and lines of business to achieve sales targets.
  • Manages critical customer relationships with Book of Business clients.
  • Coordinates and collaborates cross-departmentally, including Sales, Consumer Service, Market, and Product.
  • Directs problem solves activities to resolve customer related issues.
