Full Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you'll lead our Canadian sales team, oversee branch sales operations, and be responsible for the overall performance of our Canadian sales, including branch P&L.

Location: Toronto/GTA, ON (preferred) or Winnipeg, MB

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Professionals, Territory Managers, Architectural Territory Managers, and inside sales and branch support staff.
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer experience, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive sales growth through direct sales, independent dealers, and architectural and builder relationships.
  • Develop and execute the Canadian sales strategy while delivering revenue, margin, and profitability goals.
  • Manage Canadian sales branch business, including P&L, budgets, KPIs, and operational performance.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers, architects, builders, and key customers.
  • Partner with Operations, Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, and Customer Experience to help grow the business.


What You Bring

  • 10+ years of progressive sales management experience in the building products industry.
  • Proven success leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience managing branch or business unit P&L and operating budgets.
  • Demonstrated success growing sales through direct channels and independent dealer networks.
  • Experience in the luxury building products, fenestration, or related industry is preferred.
  • College or university degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout Canada (approximately 50-70%); ability to travel to US on occasion.
