About the Role

In this opportunity, you will:

  • Lead an overlay sales organization focused on driving adoption and revenue growth for SafeSend, SurePrep, and Additive solutions across aligned segments.
  • Execute a targeted Accelerator strategy that complements core sales motions, enabling deeper product penetration and specialization.
  • Partner with front-line Sales Directors and Managers to embed Accelerator priorities into territory plans, pipeline development, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Drive performance across pipeline generation, product attach rates, cross-sell, and expansion for designated solutions.
  • Own visibility into overlay pipeline, forecast, and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior sales leadership.
  • Translate product strategy, market opportunity, and customer needs into actionable sales motions and enablement priorities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement to align messaging, campaigns, and execution.
  • Foster a high-performance, influence-based sales culture that prioritizes collaboration, accountability, and results without direct ownership of all customer relationships.


Accountabilities

Overlay Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Define and execute the Accelerator overlay strategy for SafeSend, SurePrep, and Additive, ensuring alignment with broader go-to-market priorities and revenue goals.


Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop Sales Managers overseeing SDRs, Sales Reps, and Client Executives; build strong leadership capability and bench strength within a matrixed environment.


Revenue & Pipeline Ownership

  • Drive achievement of overlay revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management, strong partnership with core sales teams, and focused deal support on priority opportunities.


Product Adoption & Growth

  • Increase product penetration and attach rates by enabling effective cross-sell and upsell strategies within existing customer accounts and new business opportunities.


Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with core sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Enablement teams to ensure cohesive execution of product-focused initiatives and consistent messaging in the market.


Operational Excellence & Governance
  • Champion consistent use of sales processes, tools, and performance metrics to track overlay impact and ensure alignment with company standards and compliance requirements.


About You

We're looking for a proven sales leader with:

  • Sales leadership experience, including leading leaders and driving performance across multiple teams and roles.
  • Ability to lead through influence, build alignment across stakeholders, and drive adoption of strategic priorities.
  • Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and driving product-specific growth initiatives.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Experience in audit, accounting, or financial services sectors preferred.
  • Ability to lead through change, inspire teams, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The target total cash compensation range varies across locations.For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $255,500 USD - $474,500 USD.Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.Target total cash compensation ranges are inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive.
