Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers within the residential real estate sector, specifically for the Supra product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales within the PropTech industry, a robust network of industry contacts, and exceptional skills in conducting product demonstrations for high-level decision-makers.

You will report directly to the Sr Sales Manager and you will work remotely. This role covers North America (US and Canada).

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential real estate market.
  • Develop and implement strategies to win back customers who have previously left the company.
  • Conduct engaging and informative live product demos for executive-level audiences, including Boards of Directors and key decision-makers.
  • Leverage an extensive network of contacts within Multiple Listing Services (MLS) and Associations of Realtors (AOR) across the US to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification through to negotiation and closing of deals.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Travel - can be up to 80% during certain seasons.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $100,000 - $110,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $110,000 - $120,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This role is incentive eligible.

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.
