POSITIONKitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Kitchen Designer / Sales Representative to sell kitchen remodels. This position works with professionalism and consistency to design spaces for our remodeling and home renovation clients.
WHAT YOU'LL DO - Conduct in-home consultations with follow-ups based on a proven needs-based sales process
- Present kitchen remodeling solutions using digital tools and materials
- Prepare and submit proposals using our CRM system (training provided)
- Guide clients through the design, selection, and sales process
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure successful project outcomes
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and clients
- Represent our brand at home shows, networking events, and local partnerships
WHO YOU ARE- No degree or previous experience required - we'll train you!
- Self-motivated individuals with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Prior in-home sales experience preferred (home services a plus)
- Organized and have computer/CRM skills
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Desire to grow WITH US, patience to learn-this role rewards grit and consistency over flash
WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE- You will set your sales time slots with an average of 1-2 appointments per day
- Make qualifying calls to prospects and build rapport, and understand requirements to bring samples and materials
- Show up on time at prospects' homes and conduct the appointment according to our sales process,
- Build a proposal using our CRM and discuss with owners, close deals in the prospect's home, and collect an advance deposit
- Participate in occasional trade shows, check in with customers during ongoing projects, and follow up with future remodel jobs or call cold leads
- Participate in sales training, owner ride-alongs, and weekly check-ins.
