We are looking for an experienced, driven, and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will deliver an exceptional luxury automotive buying experience by guiding clients through every step of the sales journey, from initial consultation to vehicle delivery. The ideal candidate is passionate about building lasting relationships, possesses strong product knowledge, and thrives in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment where delivering outstanding customer service is the standard.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and engage customers in a professional, welcoming manner to deliver a luxury brand experience
  • Understand customer needs and present appropriate vehicle options and product features
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and walkarounds
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat and referral business
  • Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry to delivery
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure smooth transactions
  • Stay current on product knowledge, pricing, incentives, and competitive offerings
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales performance targets
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking customer preferences and market demand
  • Ensure all sales processes are completed in compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Provide consistent follow-up to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
