The Sales Consultant at Hiley Volkswagen of Arlington is responsible for selling new and used vehicles within the dealership. This is primarily a commission-based position with the potential to earn between $60,000 to $150,000 per year.

Responsibilities- Greet customers upon arrival, answer questions, and provide information on products and services
- Keep detailed records of customer interaction and follow up with customers
- Negotiate deals with customers and secure sales in a manner that increases customer satisfaction
- Develop a rapport with customers to build repeat business and ensure customer loyalty
- Understand changes in vehicle inventory and update potential customers accordingly
- Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records in the dealership
- Remain knowledgeable of new special offers and incentives
Requirements- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated and organized
- Able to pass a background check
