Objective

Contract Exteriors, a national award-winning exterior remodeling firm, is seeking a high-performance Sales Consultant to dominate the Charleston market. We specialize in premium siding, decking, and window replacements. We are not looking for "order takers"; we are looking for closers who can navigate complex exterior solutions and provide homeowners with the "Amazing Solution" our brand is known for.

Responsibilities
  • Consultative Closing: Conduct in-home consultations to identify homeowner needs and present technical solutions for siding, decking, and window projects.
  • Technical Mastery: Utilize industry-specific terminology and knowledge-including cladding systems, moisture barriers, and joist integrity-to build trust and justify premium project costs.
  • CRM & Technology Management: Maintain meticulous records within our sales technology suite to ensure a seamless handoff to the production team.

  • Training Period: We provide a 4-week training salary to ensure you master our SOPs and technical standards.
