What You'll Do- Build relationships with customers and guide them through the vehicle-buying process.
- Present and test drive requested vehicle to customer.
- Follow up with showroom, internet, phone, referral, and previous customers through our CRM system.
- Build long-term customer relationships by delivering a professional, transparent, and outstanding buying experience.
- Stay current on Hyundai product knowledge, incentives, inventory, training requirements, and store processes.
- Achieve sales, customer satisfaction, appointment, and training goals.
What You'll Bring- 2+ years of Automotive sales experience.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a busy workplace.
- Commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience before, during, and after the sale.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence required.

The annual estimated earning range for this position is $48,200-$158,700 .
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500, paid as $1,000 after 30 days of active employment and $1,500 after 90 days of active employment.
