What You'll Do- Build strong relationships with customers and help them find the right RV, boat, or outdoor lifestyle upgrade
- Manage your pipeline, from follow-up, follow-through, and close
- Master the Bretz sales process to drive consistent, high-quality deals
- Maintain high activity, high energy, and a results-driven mindset
- Stay hungry, coachable, and competitive every day
- Collaborate with a supportive team that wins together
- Other duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For- Proven success in a commission-based sales role strongly preferred
- Energy, drive, and a competitive mindset
- A culture fit - team-oriented, coachable, and focused on customer experience
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Strong investigative skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment
- Valid driver's license required with no major traffic violations in the last 3 years
- To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work Saturdays
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience in RV, automotive, powersports, or retail sales is strongly preferred - but not required for people with drive, grit, and charisma.
Physical Requirements- Ability to walk the dealership lot and stand for extended periods
- Bending, climbing, and stooping
- Occasionally lifting up to 20 lbs
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
Compensation
- Uncapped commission structure
- 20% of the GP on RVs
- 25% of the GP on Marine
- Realistic first-year earnings: $85,000-$120,000+
- Top performers earn $150,000-$200,000+
- Accelerators for exceeding targets

- $4,000 a month guarantee for the 1st 4 months
- $1,000 sign on bonus

Schedule- Monday-Saturday, 9:00am-7:00pm
- Sundays off, plus one weekday off
