Key Responsibilities:- Guide individuals and families through tax relief solutions with professionalism and empathy
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Build trust by understanding client needs and presenting customized solutions
- Assist clients with IRS authorizations, documentation, and payment arrangements
- Accurately manage leads and follow processes within the CRM
- Close deals using proven sales techniques and maximize revenue opportunities
Qualifications:- Sales experience required; background in tax relief, mortgage, debt settlement, or student loans preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology
- Coachable and growth-oriented
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

This position is designated
in-office, located in Irvine, CA. Must be willing to commute to the office Monday through Friday. Weekend shifts are voluntary once training is complete.
