- Evaluate and qualify leads, identifying the most appropriate legal pathways.
- Convert consultations into retained clients through trust building and effective communication.
- Explain legal services, retainer agreements, payment plans, and onboarding processes.
- Handle objections confidently and guide prospective clients toward informed decisions.
- Collaborate with Case Analysts to ensure smooth client handoffs.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and documentation platforms.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Process client payments and complete intake documentation.
- Provide a high level of empathy and professionalism when assisting clients in sensitive situations.

Requirements
- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish.
- 2+ years of outbound sales experience or 3+ years in a sales environment.
- Hiring bonus for candidates with immigration sales closing experience.
- Proven ability to close deals and convert qualified leads into retained clients.
- Experience working in KPI or metrics-driven environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle high-volume client interactions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Clio, Zoho, or similar platforms preferred.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
