The Opportunity
Calling all closers! We are seeking a driven and bilingual Sales Closer - Immigration to join our team in Los Angeles. This role sits at the intersection of sales and client advocacy, serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients. With a consultative approach, you will evaluate leads, assess case eligibility, and confidently guide families through the decision to retain our firm. This is a high-energy, metrics-driven sales role that rewards empathy, persistence, and a commitment to outstanding closing performance. What You'll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact via phone, video, text, and email for prospective clients.
  • Evaluate and qualify leads, identifying the most appropriate legal pathways.
  • Convert consultations into retained clients through trust building and effective communication.
  • Explain legal services, retainer agreements, payment plans, and onboarding processes.
  • Handle objections confidently and guide prospective clients toward informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with Case Analysts to ensure smooth client handoffs.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and documentation platforms.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Process client payments and complete intake documentation.
  • Provide a high level of empathy and professionalism when assisting clients in sensitive situations.

Moaddel Law Firm offers a competitive base pay of $38.46/hr or $80,000 annually, with a performance-based bonus structure designed for Sales Closers - Immigration to earn well over $100,000+ annually. Requirements

  • Full professional fluency in English and Spanish.
  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience or 3+ years in a sales environment.
