Full Job Description
The Automotive Retail Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process by understanding their needs, presenting vehicle options, conducting test drives, and providing exceptional customer service. This role focuses on building customer relationships, achieving sales goals, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless buying experience from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery. Successful candidates are motivated, customer-focused, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
