Schedule- Full-time, 5-day workweek
- No Sundays or Mondays
- Most Saturdays required with one weekday off
- Store hours:
- Tuesday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
What You'll Do- Respond to inbound phone calls and online inquiries
- Schedule appointments and follow up with no-show customers
- Build rapport and guide customers through the sales process
- Maintain product and financing knowledge
- Present promotions and financing solutions
- Handle objections and close sales
- Update customer activity in the CRM system
- Support social media and local business development efforts
- Ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For- Valid driver's license
