What Your Day Will Look LikeYou will be leading a consulting team to provide the highest-level service to clients through accurate data analysis and industry-leading results throughout the property tax cycle. They will provide strong client engagement skills and be able to teach those skills and hold others accountable for those skills. They have a keen eye for detail and an intuition to see things others do not. In general, you can expect to:
- Possess an expert-level understanding of state tax laws and regulations.

- Deep experience working with Excel or Access, PowerPoint required.

- Able to demonstrate and apply superior analytical ability and technical expertise with an ability to provide insightful analysis.
- Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and persuasively.

- Some travel out of town, overnight for internal or client meetings and/or conferences

What You Bring:- Bachelor's (or advanced) degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- 10+ years of relevant experience as a consultant
- Exceptional communication skills (interaction with government officials, C-Suite, and staff/colleagues)
- Proven Business Development skills
- Analytical and able to solve complex problems in tight timelines
- Able to coordinate, delegating, and managing others
- Deep industry expertise of applicable taxes and regulations
- Goal-driven personality with the ability to deliver measurable results
- Understanding of accounting/finance and covered industries
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to:- Travel up to 10% to sites beyond the corporate office. Valid driver's license.
- Perform sedentary work - exerting up to 15 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- See, hear, talk, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity; sit, stand, walk, reach, pull, push and other similar.
- Operate standard office/computer equipment.
