Sales & Marketing Manager - Queensyard, US
Salary $85,000 per annum, plus commission

The Role:

The Sales & Marketing Manager plays a key role in delivering the sales and marketing strategy for Queensyard and Queens Tavern. Working closely with the General Manager, Director of Sales, and Director of Marketing, this role will lead local marketing initiatives, develop strategic relationships, drive private dining and group sales revenue, and identify opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and commercial performance.

The role acts as the key point of contact for local marketing activity and partnerships, including relationships within Hudson Yards, whilst ensuring alignment with The Evolv Collection's 2028 Vision and Strategic Priorities.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys balancing commercial sales activity with creative marketing initiatives and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for local marketing and business development opportunities.
• Identify and maximise marketing, partnership, and business development opportunities within Hudson Yards and the surrounding market.
• Coordinate and support the delivery of photoshoots and content creation activity across the restaurants.
• Ensure all marketing collateral is maintained and kept up to date.
• Manage and convert incoming event, private dining, and group sales enquiries for Queensyard and Queens Tavern.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Work with agents, travel trade, and corporate clients to understand needs and tailor proposals.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and tastings as required to support sales conversion.

Reporting & Administration
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, proposals, and bookings in the CRM system.
• Provide regular updates to the Director of Sales on pipeline status, confirmed bookings, and conversion trends.
• Support with post-event follow-ups and feedback to maintain high satisfaction and identify repeat opportunities.

Collaboration & Brand Alignment
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Brand team to create compelling event materials and seasonal packages.
• Stay up to date on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
• Represent the Evolv Collection at industry networking events, trade shows, and client-facing functions as required.

Key Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in event or hospitality sales (restaurants, hotels, venues, or similar).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A customer-centric mindset and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Experience using CRM and event management systems (e.g., Tripleseat, SevenRooms, Salesforce).
• Comfortable working across multiple venues and juggling varied priorities.
• Knowledge of the premium hospitality and events landscape is an advantage.
• Experience developing local partnerships and community relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify revenue opportunities and deliver against sales targets.
• Knowledge of the New York hospitality market and Hudson Yards landscape would be advantageous.
