WE'D LIKE YOU TO HAVE:- Minimum 5-7 years experience in a similar role
- A passion for real estate - specifically new homes, new home sales, and leasing
- A strong legal understanding related to Purchase and Sale Agreements, Addenda, and Disclosure Statements and their application
- Confidence in presenting information to internal and external stakeholders
- A passion for understanding CRM systems
- A strong familiarity using Spark and Avesdo CRM systems
- Familiarity with the closing process
- Experience overseeing on-site leasing teams
- A strong understanding of the Vancouver rental market, including what it takes to get a new community leased up to stabilization
- An understanding of building operations and experience working with property managers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to think strategically and holistically about project sales and leasing initiatives
- An inquisitive mind that likes to find ways to improve systems and processes
- A love for multi-tasking and being involved in a variety of tasks
- The ability to deal with people of all walks of life
- A strong team spirit and sense of engagement
- A real estate trading licence is an asset
- Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are an asset
- A good sense of humour!

A DAY IN THE LIFEYou'll walk into our vibrant downtown office and grab a cup of Starbucks from our kitchen. Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales and Leasing, you will be an integral part of the Vancouver Sales and Marketing team, developing and executing on the sales and leasing strategy, managing site operations, and managing sales administration for our projects throughout the Lower Mainland.
You will:
- Manage site operations, including schedules, staffing, deficiencies, and temporary employee contracts
- Support the Sales team to manage contracts including PSAs, deposits and addenda
- Actively participate in all Sales team meetings at Presentation and Leasing Centres and at Head Office
- Be a conduit between the Sales team needs and Head Office teams
- Present on project budgets, inducements, and pricing recommendations based on real market data
- Participate in project team meetings to keep the team apprised of sales and leasing progress, roadblocks, and next steps
- Manage our closing process to ensure our coordinators can successfully bring our projects to a close
- Track and manage the commission payment process with our realtors
- Understand and work with issues and enhancements to our CRM and related processes
Compensation
$80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
