Job DescriptionSales Analyst - U.S. Service Sales
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain performance dashboards that provide clear visibility into bookings, revenue, pipeline, KPIs, and sales productivity.
- Own sales reporting with accountability for data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Partner with sales leadership to support sales territory design, coverage models, and capacity planning.
- Develop sales forecasts and conduct trend analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Analyze pipeline and opportunity data to assess deal health, conversion rates, and funnel effectiveness.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for field leaders and executives.
- Support CRM adoption through data quality governance, including standards, validation, and ongoing integrity of sales data.
- Partner with sales manager to improve opportunity management discipline and forecast accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to optimize sales processes through analysis, automation, and improved data flow.
- Prepare executive-level insights, summaries, and presentations to support leadership reviews and strategic planning.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree; Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful insights.
- Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and recurring performance reporting.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management concepts.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and governance.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both analytical and non-analytical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting sales teams in a life sciences, healthcare, or capital equipment environment.
- 3+ years of experience in sales analytics, business analytics, sales operations, or a related commercial role.
- Familiarity with sales forecasting methodologies and capacity modeling.
- Experience partnering directly with sales leadership and executives.
- Advanced skills in Excel, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), or analytics platforms.
- Experience with SAP.
