Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
The Sales Account Manager is a individual contributor responsible for managing strategic customer accounts, driving revenue growth, and representing the company’s portfolio with deep business and technical acumen.
The Account Manager will be capable of synthesizing and implementing sales strategies, crafting, and nurturing valued business relationships, and delivering outstanding customer experiences to increase sales opportunities for KLA’s inspection and metrology product portfolio.
Individual will deal with a culturally diverse customer base.
Primary customers are located in Idaho but will also interact with both customers and KLA worldwide teams to achieve results.
The position requires both strategic and tactical thought processes, the ability to distill large amounts of complex information into the core basic issues and drive solutions.
A passionate self-starter able to communicate with effective clarity is a must.
This position requires knowledge of large account management and sales experience interacting with customer technical engineers, procurement specialists, and management teams.
This individual will be able to handle conflicting priorities while remaining agile, focused, and balanced. Teaming with KLA resources at the factory and within the business unit is critical to achieve required results.

- Crafting proposals
- Drafting strategy
- Negotiating and Closing deals
- Building, developing, and sustaining key business relationships
- Participating in business reviews
- Creating and delivering sales presentations
- Maintaining knowledge of diverse company products and marketing messages
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above major in a relevant field
- Min 5 years of experience in semiconductor industry
- Capital Equipment Sales experience
- Proven sales track record
- Excellent business sense or knowledge
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Base Pay Range: $129,400.00 - $220,000.00 Annually
