SailPoint SME / Full Stack Engineer to join our Identity Access Management (IAM) team. In this hybrid role, you'll combine your deep knowledge of SailPoint with strong full-stack development skills to deliver robust, scalable identity governance and access management solutions for a dynamic enterprise environment.

What You'll Do:- Engineer, customize, and support SailPoint IdentityNow and IdentityIQ solutions in a virtualized, clustered on-prem environment
- Work across teams (Security, App Dev, Operations) to define and implement IAM best practices
- Integrate with and troubleshoot connectors including:
- Active Directory, LDAP, MS Entra ID (Azure AD), Web APIs, Databases, Snowflake, Mainframe
- Manage full lifecycle IAM processes:
- Access Requests, Approvals, Provisioning, Attestations/Certifications, SOD, RBAC, Reporting
- Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain system workflows, custom plugins, QuickLinks, and data import logic
- Provide L3 support and resolution for escalated issues and audit requests
- Monitor and tune performance of SailPoint systems (including Apache & Tomcat tiers)
- Ensure secure integration with enterprise platforms using Java, REST APIs, and SQL
- Create documentation, operational playbooks, and guidance for IAM operations
- Contribute to Agile/Scrum development processes and participate in planning and retrospectives
What You Bring:Required:- 8+ years in information security or related IT fields
- 8+ years hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (on-prem)
- Proficient in:
- Core Java / J2EE
- RESTful API development
- BeanShell scripting
- SQL on Unix/Linux platforms
- Deep expertise in:
- SailPoint Lifecycle Manager & Compliance Manager
- Developing custom connectors, workflows, and provisioning rules
- Troubleshooting end-to-end identity lifecycle events and application onboarding
- Familiarity with version control, SDLC, and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Preferred:- Experience with SailPoint SaaS (Cloud version) is a plus
- Exposure to Okta, Saviynt, or similar IAM platforms
- Experience tuning Apache Web and Tomcat App tiers
- Background in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter)
- Financial services or highly regulated industry experience
Education:- Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Preferred: Advanced degree or certifications in cybersecurity or IAM (CISSP, CISM, etc.)
