OverviewAs a Self-Perform Safety Manager at Danis, you’ll lead safety efforts with a strong focus on our self-perform teams and field operations. You’ll work directly alongside crews, Superintendents, and project teams to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and with a culture that prioritizes people over process.
This is a hands-on, field-driven leadership role where safety isn’t just about compliance—it’s about coaching, problem-solving, and actively supporting the work as it happens. You’ll play a key role in helping our teams execute complex projects while maintaining a safe and accountable jobsite.
At Danis, we’re committed to developing leaders who can make a lasting impact. Through Danis University, mentorship, and real project exposure, you’ll continue to grow your leadership and technical expertise.
