Qualifications

• Position starts in late November or early December and runs through November 2026, potentially longer.
• No special certifications required; solid skills in LOTO procedures and training needed.
• Ability to develop and maintain LOTO procedures for all equipment and energy sources involved in the project.
• Strong auditing and inspection skills are required to ensure LOTO compliance.
• Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
• Fostering excellent communication and interpersonal skills is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety compliance and best practices in all phases of the commercial construction project within the pharmaceutical facility.
• Conduct and lead daily safety meetings for all project personnel.
• Complete and investigate accidents to provide comprehensive reports.
• Perform daily safety audits and thorough inspections to promote safety culture.
• Manage subcontractors and contractors to ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Develop job hazard analysis (JHA) and health & safety plans (HASP) to mitigate risks.
