Duration: This position can be contract-to-hire or direct hire- ElevateNext would prefer Direct Hire

Salary: $150,000

Role: SaaS and Commercial Corporate Counsel

Start Date:ASAP

Duration: Direct Hire is preferable. Would also be open to a contract-to-hire arrangement for 8-12 weeks prior to converting to a direct hire position.

Arizona Barred: Ideally, the attorney will be Licensed in Arizona or eligible to waive into Arizona.

The successful candidate will have approximately 5-7 years of corporate law experience and be comfortable independently managing matters involving entity formation, governance, financings, strategic transactions, commercial agreements, and corporate operations.
