A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Key User for our open position as a S4E SAP Implementation Manager to play a key role in a major SAP transformation program (e.g. SAP S/4HANA). The role combines deep finance process expertise, SAP system knowledge, and project leadership skills. The position acts as a central interface between business, IT, and external implementation partners and ensures the successful design, implementation, and adoption of SAP finance solutions.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • As the key user you will be the site specific representative of the process workstream who provides detailed insights on process & data to bridge IT and business to enhance user adoption of the new system and maximize overall employee productivity
  • Key users are responsible and accountable for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Training at local site
  • Key users ensure that the SAP solutions meet the specific needs and requirements of the business, leading to higher user adoption and overall project success.
  • Key users can be appointed to specific and not necessarily all activities. With their knowledge of SAP and business processes, SAP Key Users drive innovation, suggest new features, and improve the solution over time.
What You Bring
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a comparable field and 8+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO) in a business or key user role
  • Strong 'hand's on' experience in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and Controlling (CO)
  • Solid understanding of finance processes and accounting principles
  • Strong project management mindset and ability to work in complex programs
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
