As RVP, Enterprise Sales (East), you will be tasked with managing a regional team of Enterprise Account Executives and Regional Directors. Success in this role is dependent on ability to implement and manage an effective sales strategy. This includes working to build strong, productive relationships with prospects, customers, and within the team; recruiting and onboarding new customers; and focusing on growing new business opportunities.
What Will You Do?- Set & execute the regional go-to-market strategy to consistently hit or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Lead a regional team of Enterprise Account Executives and Regional Directors developing account and territory plans with tactical execution to gain wallet share from existing customers and market share from the competition.
- Develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base within your region.
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts.
- Drive operational rigor and best practices around pipeline management, sales methodologies and account management.
- Partner with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, and Support to close deals, drive revenue and adoption.
- Establish and maintain key customer relationships.
- Execute on a partner plan to drive incremental revenue through the channel.
- Develop and create the next generation of sales leaders.
What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?- Ability to build a national strategic plan and deliver expected results on budget and on time.
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets at the enterprise level.
- Experience in the MEDDPICC and Force Management framework for deal coaching.
- 10+ years of Sales Management experience (with international experience preferred); BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Demonstrable experience developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
- Ability to gain competence, adopt new perspectives, and build relationships that cross organizational boundaries, and, as a result, build out a web of support and contacts.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with strong oral and written communications as well as an ability to persuade others to a particular point of view.
- Ability to prioritize engagement and support.
- Prior experience being a part of a growing and scaling business is highly preferred.

This U.S. role has a base pay range plus commissions that will vary based on the location of the candidate. The range posted here is the on-target earnings (OTE) for this position, inclusive of base salary and commissions. For some locations, a different pay range may apply.
