Full Job Description
Location: 1655 Upper James St, Hamilton ON Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 per year The salary range represents the low and high end for this position. Earning potential is based on your ability to sell effectively-and we hand you the tools and training to excel. What You'll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It):
  • Help customers find the perfect RV for their lifestyle through an exceptional sales and service experience
  • Wow them with the features and benefits of various RVs during sales presentations
  • Build genuine rapport, answer questions, and turn concerns into confidence
  • Complete necessary documentation accurately (the not-so-glamorous-but-important part!)
  • Follow up to create CampMart customers for life-remember, we sell memories, not trailers!
  • Grow sales and profit within your customer base
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Highly motivated and ambitious, with at least one year of sales experience
  • A genuine drive to deliver incredible results for clients
  • A solid understanding of finance and payment plans
  • A valid Driver's License
  • A clean and acceptable driving record
