RV+Marine - National Account Manager
Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our RV+Marine Team as a National Account Manager. This role is pivotal in supporting both our current clients and our growth within the RV and marine industry. The position is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week, with extensive travel.
Reporting Structure: Reporting directly to the VP of RV+Marine, this role plays a critical function in nurturing client relations, managing data and reporting and contributing to new client development efforts.
Responsibilities:
Client Management:
· Senior point of contact for up to 10 key institutional rv/marine accounts.
o In person visits
- Coordinate and attend regular scheduled client calls
- Attend auctions when clients are present
- Travel to trade events and other where clients are present, network and entertain
· Forecast inventory volume and grow monthly/quarterly/annual goals
· Prepare custom client reports for clients and internal use.
· Be copied on and monitor all operational communication with the clients, seeing all resolution needed through to completion.
New Business:
- Prospect, network and close new business opportunities with financial institutions, OEMs, lease and rental providers.
- Monitor competitors, clients and volume and identify areas of opportunity.
- Assist and attend any additional meeting and events with RVM potential.
Marketing Assistance:
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, both digital and traditional, as well as promotional events.
- Communicate marketing efforts with clients.
Administrative Duties:
- The senior point of contact for all client issues.
- Monitor all notes, email communications and oversee working with Client Operations Assistant to resolution.
- Provide administrative and back up support to the entire RVM team as needed, including backup support for the VP, during travel or absence from the office.
Core Competencies/Requirements:
- Full time at an NPA location
- Marine and/or RV experience required.
- 5+ years high level outside sales experience required.
- Extensive travel required.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer proficiency a must.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Dependable, honest, positive and a team player.

Pay: $90,000 - $150,000+ dependent on experience. Total compensation is a combination of base salary plus commission and yearly incentives
