Full Job Description
What this job involves - The RPM Manager focuses on managing a team of RPM Planners and Move Coordinators, providing expertise in operational planning, space and occupancy projects, workplace design and daily MAC requests within the Client's real estate portfolio. The RPM Manager will set up project files, folders, and templates at the start of the project, using Best Practices; maintain the folder throughout the project. They will also develop and maintain project specific reporting to client all while maintaining records in a manner that protects the client and JLL Confidentiality. Additionally, they will keep track of project hours and forecast utilization relative to assignment and complete JLL internal and client project close-out.

What is your day to day?
  • Plan and successfully manage relocations up to 1,000+ people at a time
  • Manage the majority of a project by self and/or supervise additional staff
  • Develop and implement relocation project plan, schedule, and budget through collaboration with the facility, project and vendor managers and adhere to it
  • Perform data input into the CAFM system to maintain occupancy information
  • Prepare/update project status reports, review invoices and ensure timely payment, update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials.
  • Plan, schedule and implement relocations, providing the main client contact with scheduled dates, move instructions, and move orientations for large groups as required
  • Communicate actively during meetings and other project related speaking situations with a focus on delivering the project on-time, on budget and meeting the clients' expectations
  • Work independently; anticipate upcoming required project tasks and initiate activities for self and other
  • Be directly responsible for enhancing team revenues through the maintenance and expansion of existing client relationships and by developing new relationships.
  • Participate in presentation interviews, convey key points, and answer potential client questions with a firm understanding of the project and the potential client

  • Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts
  • 3 - 5 years of facility, project or construction related experience in a Corporate Real Estate environment
  • Background in project management, construction management, architecture or project strategy planning is desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and work both in a team and independently

Estimated compensation for this position:

126,600.00 - 166,360.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
